Just wanted to thank everyone at Everlast on the great customer support. I preordered a 225lx about a month ago and was expecting it to arrive last Monday. However it seems that UPS has lost it! Every question I have had was answered quickly and I was offered a refund or to wait for the next shipment. I chose to wait for the next ones to come in and Alex offered me a cart for free for the inconvenience caused by UPS. Goes to show that these guys and gals are willing to step up and take care of their customers regardless of fault. I look forward to getting my welder and a continuing relationship with Everlast.
