Thread: Dialing in my IMIG 200... Question?

    Always check a new spool of wire for cracks in the plastic (where the sides connect to the hub) or warping. If it's split or warped, the wire can get pinched in the side as it's pulled off causing poor feeding.
    Both sides of the spool need to be straight. Use only enough tension on the spool to prevent backlash at full wire speed.

    20 lpm or 20 cfh since the flow meter is in lpm measurement

    small rolls of wire dont feed good . i like my 205 since it will hold a 44 pound roll of wire

    20cfm... I use Smith flow meters on the Mig and Tig.

    dont like my flow meter since all my others are meters are cfh
