I'm not an expert or an Everlast employee, I'm just a hobby welder sharing my experience and helping where I can.
I have aluminum tig welded for about 12 years now so ive had a little practice, wish i could do more.
Looks good. Are they drag race applications? Land speed? Truck pull? Just a bad ### street car? Motorcycle? :-)

Shoptask 3-in-1 (not currently in my garage, but I own it...)
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

I'd like to make an aluminum gas tank for my weed eater for fun but where do you find aluminum fittings like you use?
most of the fittings come from mc-master carr, but some of them have to be custom made.
most of the tanks do go in street drag cars but some go in every day drivers, tanks can be ordered from dadscutomintercoolertanks, each 1 is custom made so each 1 is a little different.
Those look really nice. And you weld those with an Everlast 200dx?
I'm curious to hear what setup you run, and prefer.
