I got that powdery stuff too when doing an aluminum manifold repair a few weeks ago.10048 I'm not sure what causes it but there was all kinds of crap cooking out of that manifold and it was a...
CK torches are top quality and rated at 100% duty cycle for both AC and DC. The FL230 has a higher duty cycle than the 250EX so it's a perfect match. I'll be buying one for my 250EX soon.

Congratulations !
Are all the MIG machines capable of wire speed control from the spool gun if the wires were connected on the gun ? If no, which can and can not ?
Which spool gun do you have ?
My vote is for the 2013 models 250EX, PowerPlasma 50 or 60, a PowerCool W300 and a CK FL230 (FL2325SF) with Safe-Loc connector (SLWHAT-35). All can be purchased through Everlast. CK torches are rated...

I'm not sure but I think they're shade 5. I don't flip the helmet up nearly as much as one without the side windows.
It comes with blockoffs in case the side windows bother you but I think there...

I cut a cheap 10' 1/4" air hose to make this. It all works...
Comes with a Trafimet s75 torch according to amazon.
I really like the headgear and side windows in the speedglas.
Tryout a 3M Speedglas next time you're in a shop that sells them.
They are on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss/176-7801045-3112136?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=PowerPlasma+60S
My thoughts exactly. It's better to have it and not need it than than to need it and not have it. A larger machine will also run cooler with a better duty cycle. List price for the PP60 is only $100...
SCFM is going to be so close to CFM that you can use them interchangeably for this application. Adjust flow to get the desired result and note the offset.
Nice welds... lpm is about half of cfh.
