For jobs like that do you charge by the inch or do you now just have a set rate for that person for each mobile home.
Thats still a great deal. One you dont run across very often. Do you know how many years old it is?
Funny thing we had to weld some round drain covers in that was at a school into its holder because some kid thought it would be funny to pull the cover out and another little kid was walking through...
I had to make these metal grates for work. There was four of them. Two had to fit in like a 29" hole or something. They were a custom fit. They fin in a wall getting bolted there to keep people and...
Very nice. What kind of welding do you do that you need such a hefty welder for. Or did you just want it for all those setting it has. I think it would be good if they started putting them on the...
To use the pulse dont you use a different gas from the 75/25. Is pulse only used in spray transfer?
Thats good he paid you. I too would use a chain and lock on all items left outside so that doesnt happen again. We have company trailers stole before and thats not something that is good. We...
what size of wire are you using.
They are lookin good. But why are you running it full speed on 11 ga?

I have some old 7018 3/32 and when I use them just throw a hand full in my toaster oven. I too have to lay mine diagnal and if you get too many the door sometimes is hard to close. But they do work...
Agreed with 7018 most of the time. Also 6010s. Mojority of the rods I use is 7018 becuase they work for thick not to bad for thinner.
Its really weird but may be nice. The only bad thing is that it outs every post in section and makes it harder to read them all. Its easy to skip one over when the last one chaged shades when you...
Ill try that to see if it works. After it catching fire once will be a big hesitant.
Did it say what this big of a i beam would be used for and what size it was. That would be like 100s of pounds of rods.
True true. And Ill have a look and see if its messed up. Shoot might not even have one in there.
on the wheels we have little casters on a welding table and it is so hard to push. Get big ones they prolly work better.
so how much does everyone usually spend on a top for their table. I sure would like having me a good welding table that dont catch on fire and wont warp and as cheap as possible. Prolly 1/4" would be...
I might try the rebuild kit. Does the seal in the torch have to be heat resistant? Im seriously thinking about a plasma and just a little *0 cf torch set so its good and portable.
well i think I almost have my mind settled with going plasma. Alot of the stuff I cut is smaller and a plasma will do much better then a torch.
Well one way I could have a really good torch and big tanks. Or I could get a plasma and have a kinda crappy torch. How long will will a plasma last. It will have some use but defiantly not every...
So im shopping for a cutter. My options are plasma or torch. Im having a hard time deciding which way to go. Im looking at about $500 either way I go. Plasma I have 40% off and can get the...
It wont shock you if are not touching the grounded metal or ground. The flux provides insulation on the rod... but if it has a bad spot or is wet electricity can pass through it. So still wear gloves...
If you feel you are sweating much and shirt and gloves get damp just switch it out with another shirt.
