As Rambozo said, these setting should be put at the minimum. They are not needed or used with the foot pedal. The foot pedal does all this for you,...

According to the factory, the gun will run .045. By the way, there is a typo error in the codes you posted. 802 is an overcurrent.

You are over thinking this. The unit sends voltage to the wire feeder...that's it. The input is analog on this unit from the wire speed controller....

The voltage may need to be retuned. The synergic setting is a starting point, not an ending point. Thats why its retunable.
