It is possibly operator failure, but I cannot strike an arc with the arc attachment. The plasma seems to work fine. I have not tried the tig because I don't have an argon tank yet.

I had plasma/tig switch set to tig, tried switching from local to remote. I took both ends of arc cord apart to make sure connections were tight. Ground cord must be ok because plasma worked.

Well, it was operator failure. Mike called me right back and we had it working in just a couple of minutes. Turns out I didn't realize the switch for tig/plasma/arc was a 3 position switch and I wasn't getting it switched into the arc position.

Again great customer service on a Sunday no less. Thanks Mike!!!

You would be surprised how many people call on the weekend. Normally while I am riding of course and my son hates it when I pull over for a tech call.
You should see he face when he hears "OK, that knob controls the...". He knows it will be a few minutes.

Glad you guys purchased from Everlast and we want to make it the best experience we can.
