    PowerUltra Series DC IGBT based Inverter: 200 Amp DC Pulse TIG/ 200 Amp DC Stick Welder/ 50 Amp Plasma Cutter
    Processes: GTAW-P, SMAW, PAC

    IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTES: While under foot pedal control, the maximum amps are not limited on the panel. The foot pedal controls the full range of amps, from 5 to 200 amps. Although the pedal can control the amps through varying the pedal position, no lower maximum amps than 200 may be set.
    The pulse is preset to offer simple pulse control of the TIG with two basic settings: .5 Hz, and 25 Hz.(specification subject to change)

    The PowerUltra 205 is an entry level DC output multi-purpose welder/cutter and cannot weld aluminum! However, it can be used to cut aluminum. For work requiring aluminum welding and cutting, see our PowerPro units.

    TO SWAP BETWEEN PROCESSES, CABLES AND GAS LINE SUPPLY CHANGES MUST BE MADE. THE UNIT CANNOT OPERATE MULTIPLE PROCESSES SIMULTANEOUSLY.

    - 2 preset pulse settings of .5 and 25 hz.
    Dual voltage design allows unit to be operated on 120V or 240V. (Output is reduced in 120V operation to approximately 110 amps TIG/ 95 amps Stick/25 amps plasma.)

    NOTE: For use with generators, this welder requires a MINIMUM of 7500 watts of continuous output and be designated as "clean power" by the generator manufacturer. For best results, a higher output generator may be required. Use with generators not designated by the generator manufacturer as a "clean" power source may void warranty.
